BMW X6 Will Get 10-cylinder Engine
BMW November 18th, 2008
Apparently, BMW will introduce the most powerful version of its model X6, to be known as BMW X6 M next year.
Recall that currently the most powerful engine under the BMW X6 hood is a 4.4 L turbocharged V8, which delivers 407 hp But X6 M, certainly, will receive a 10-cylinder 5.0 L engine, which is already used in M5 and M6 models. This power unit gives 507 hp, but it is possible that specifically for X6 M its power will be raised to 520-550 hp.
