To do so, Porsche has asked former racer Klaus Nidzvidts to drive Porsche 911 Carrera the whole day, but not in Sport but in Economy mode. Klaus managed to overcome German highways a total of 643 kilometers (30 kilometers of which were across the city, 190 km to 423 km suburbs and on the German Autobahn). The average speed was finally 84 km/h.

And it turned out that if you want, Porsche 911 is truly economical car. Indeed, average fuel consumption during the experiment was only 6.7 liters! And this is keeping in mind that under the Porsche 911 hood is a 3.6-liter unit, which has 345 hp.
