Ssang Yong C200

On the motor show which has opened yesterday in Seoul Ssang Yong has presented a pre-series variant of new city crossover С200 which will be in sale in 2010. C200 - The first car with an integral body of Ssang Yong off-road cars.

Koreans begin to exhaust two versions of a crossover - front and all-wheel drive. There will be few engine versions. Now it is precisely known, that among them there will be an advanced 175-strong 2-litre diesel engine with system of ramp injection which will be corresponds to ecological standards of Euro-5.

The design of a crossover is developed by world famous Italian studio Giugiaro’s ItalDesign, and “beginner” will battle to such crossovers as Toyota RAV4 and Nissan Qashqai, Volkswagen Tiguan. Also the Korean company in Seoul has presented harmless version С200 ECO with a diesel hybrid engine.
