Images of a new Mazda3 sedan generation appeared in internet. Japanese automakers plans to present its new model in November this year at Los Angeles Auto Show.

Externally, new Mazda3 is largely similar to Mazda6, which was presented last year in Frankfurt. According to Lawrence van den Akera, Mazda chief designer, the car shows a new line of design, thought Japanese company. In the near future, a new style will be spread to the entire range of Mazda.

Mazda3 will be built on the same platform as the Ford Focus. The car will be wider and longer than its predecessor. The North American version will get a new engine. Instead of 2.3 L power unit under the hood  of Mazda3 located 2.5 L. This will increase the capacity of the car for 20-30 hp compared to the current 156 hp. Engine volume of 2.0 L for the basic version is unlikely to be replaced.

Mazda company developed a new Mazda 3 (Mazda Axela) generation in sedan and hatchback versions. The premiere and the beginning of the serial release bestseller brands should begin already this year.

Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market - an organization which deals with registration of trademarks and industrial designs at the internal European market. Recently Mazda has applied for registration of two new models - Mazda3 and MX-5, together with a series of images that resemble sketches rather than real cars. Nevertheless, illustrations have official status, although the company is clearly not intended to publish them in the network.
